Excellent as aperitif and ideal for pairing with starters and delicate first courses. Its refreshing and floral notes give a touch of elegance to seafood based dishes, especially crustaceans. In addition, dry pastry is another good choice to explore Elis with.

To better appreciate the aroma scent of Elis Asolo Prosecco Superiore Extra Dry, it is recommended to serve it at temperature of 8-10°C in large white-wine glasses.
